Our commitment to excellence starts at the top with our practice manager, Anya Calloway-Edwards. Anya has over 10 years of experience in Medical Management and a B.A. in Business Administration from Texas Southern University.

One of Anya's foremost guarantees to each and every MD Aesthetic Plastic Surgery & Bella Rosa Med Spa patients is to ensure that patient care doesn't end once a service is provided. Following Anya's lead, our caring staff recognizes the importance of communication and keeps in touch with our clients to make certain they know we are always available to answer questions and concerns, help with insurance issues or clarification or simply help schedule a future appointment.

Connie Dobesh

Connie brings more than 25 years of hands-on insurance billing experience to our practice. She provides electronic automation claim submissions. Connie's specialties also include CPT/ICD-9 coding, Medicare/Medicaid laws.

Jill Kirk

Jill Kirk is Dr. Schusterman and Dr. Hsu's Certified Surgical Assistant at MD Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

Sonia Ramirez

Sonia is from Houston, TX she is a Certified Medical Assistant. She has been involved in patient care for the last few years and enjoys interacting with people. She looks forward to visiting with patients before and after their surgeries and holds their hand through the process.

Carly Courtney RN, BSN

Carly attended Texas Tech University where she received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2005. Carly is a Registered Nurse who assists Dr. Patrick Hsu in multiple areas within his practice, including but not limited to, assisting Dr. Hsu in office procedures, seeing patients in clinic, scheduling, and educating patients with pre and post op care. Carly is a compassionate, devoted and efficient person making her a positive attribute to the practice. Carly started off her nursing career working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit before changing fields to Plastic Surgery due to her strong interest in surgery.

Ruth Curtis

In addition to her several years of experience with plastic surgery, Ruth brings a great, energetic personality to our office. As Front Office Coordinator, Ruth is responsible for scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, maintaining medical records and, of course, greeting patients with her warm smile.

Cynthia Cantu

Cynthia Cantu is the Patient Care Coordinator at MD Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

Melanie Frye, MS, NP-C

Melanie Frye, MS, NP-C, is the Nurse Practitioner for Bella Rosa Rejuvenation Clinic. Melanie holds her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas-Houston Health Science Center School of Nursing. While working as a Registered Nurse, she completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2004, earning a Master of Science degree from Texas Woman's University in Houston, Texas. She became Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in March of 2005.

Toni Jordan RN, ADN

Toni is a Registered Nurse that has been working in the medical field for over six years. She started her nursing career in 2004 as a medical/surgical nurse and recently joined Dr. Schusterman's practice in November 2010. As Dr. Schusterman's nurse, she assists during clinic and in-office procedures and is also responsible for patient education before and after surgery. Toni is friendly and knowledgeable and committed to providing exceptional care.

Yolanda Vargas

Yolanda brings over 18 years of front desk experience to our team. As front desk coordinator, Yolanda is responsible for greeting patients, maintaining medical records and scheduling appointments for both physicians as well as Bella Rosa Med Spa.

Jennifer Guillen

Jennifer Guillen is the Front Office Coordinator at MD Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
