Sclerotherapy - Eliminate Spider Veins

Sclerotherapy is the “gold standard” for eliminating spider veins. Our nurse clinicians use a compounded pharmaceutical sclerosing solution to close the “feeder veins” under the skin that are causing the spider veins to form. The solution is administered into the vein in a series of targeted microinjections with minimal to no discomfort. There is no down time; however, patients are encouraged to wear compression stockings for 4-5 days to facilitate a good outcome. Repeated sessions may be necessary in order to obtain a complete result. These sessions will be spaced 4 weeks apart.
