Karen is responsible for managing all practice issues for Dr. Schusterman. She has a doctorate from the University of Houston in Administration and Supervision and has held leadership positions
in public education.

Connie Dobesh
Insurance Specialist

Connie brings more than 25 years of hands-on insurance billing experience to Dr. Schusterman’s practice. She provides electronic automation claim submissions. Connie’s specialties also include CPT/ICD-9 coding, Medicare/Medicaid laws.

As Patient Care Coordinator, Judith leads the patient from setting up the initial consultation to post-operative care by offering information regarding the procedures themselves, scheduling, and financial options. She greatly enjoys building relationships with Dr. Schusterman’s patients, and looks forward to meeting each patient and providing them with the highest quality of care.

Michelle Coslin, RN, CNOR, has joined our staff in the capacity of Surgical Nurse. She assists Dr. Schusterman during surgeries and works with our post-operative patients immediately following their surgery. Through her 18 years of experience, Michelle has offered patients her attentiveness and ensures all patients receive premium care. She also has a certification in Perioperative Nursing and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

From your first encounter with our office to your last, Tonya’s friendly manner and warm smile will put you at ease. She is responsible for coordinating our front office, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, checking patients out and handling general office duties. Tonya’s 16 years of Administrative/Clerical experience and her love for people brought her to this position. It is her goal to make each patient's experience a pleasant and memorable one.

As Dr. Schusterman’s clinical registered nurse, Jennifer will see you through the pre and post operative phases of your experience.  She will receive you warmly and help to answer your questions and concerns.  She loves Dr. Schusterman’s patients and wants to provide you with the highest quality of nursing care.
           
Jennifer brings six years of nursing knowledge to the practice. With experience in clinical aesthetics including the administration of injectables, laser services, and other spa essentials, Jennifer offers patients complete confidence through their procedure. She is currently pursuing further aesthetic training and her certification in plastic surgery nursing. 
           
Jennifer wants your experience with Dr. Schusterman’s practice to be positive and rewarding!

As director of spa services, Kristi is dedicated to helping each patient look and feel their best. She understands the concerns of Dr. Schusterman’s patients, as she has over 14 years of experience as a registered nurse and is a certified Nurse Practitioner in both Family Practice and Women’s Health. She also has experience in a variety of cosmetic procedures including Botox®, dermal fillers, Photofacial, laser hair and tattoo removal and microdermabrasion and is currently pursuing further education as a clinical aesthetician to offer additional spa-type services.
